Tariff valid from 1st March 2024 onwards

Prices are for double occupancy and inclusive of all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), tea, coffee and cookies.

Room tariff and meal cost are mentioned separately to optimize for GST. 12% or 18% GST on room tariff and 5% GST on meal cost will be applicable.

For two and three-night packages the prices also include:

• 1 picnic lunch
• Candlelight dinner
• Guided walks around the property, village walk, and to the viewpoints

You are welcome to bring your own hard drinks. We charge a flat corkage fee of ₹300 per guest per night.

Kafal Room:
Standard Rate: ₹9,500 per room per night + 18% GST
Two night package: ₹9,000 per room per night + 18% GST
Three night package: ₹8,500 per room per night + 18% GST

Oak Room 1 & 2:
Standard Rate: ₹10,900 per room per night + 18% GST
Two night package: ₹10,200 per room per night + 18% GST
Three night package: ₹9,500 per room per night + 18% GST

Pine Cottage 1 & 2:
Standard Rate: ₹13,500 per cottage per night + 18% GST
Two night package: ₹12,000 per cottage per night + 18% GST
Three night package: ₹11,500 per cottage per night + 18% GST

Deodar Cottage 1, 2 & 3:
Standard Rate: ₹17,000 per cottage per night + 18% GST
Two night package: ₹15,500 per cottage per night + 18% GST
Three night package: ₹14,000 per cottage per night + 18% GST

Extra person in the room including meals:
Infant to 5 years – complimentary
6 to 12 years – ₹1500 + 18% GST
13 years onwards – ₹2500 + 18% GST

Payment Policy:

• For standard rates you have to pay 50% advance to block your rooms and pay the remaining amount one week (7 days) before arrival.
• For discounted bookings, full prepayment is required. Discounted bookings are not refundable.

Please note, bookings are not confirmed until advance payment is made.

Cancellation Policy:

• 75% of advance refunded if cancellation is done before 30 days from the check-in date.
• 50% of advance refunded if cancellation is between 29 days and 15 days before the check-in date.
• No refund will be made if cancellation is within 14 days of the check-in date.
