Prices are for double occupancy per night and do not include meals. 10% discount on two night stay and 20% discount on 3 night or longer stays. 

For two and three-night packages include guided walks around the property to the viewpoints with a staff member.

Per Room Per Night Rates (GST Additional):

Kafal Room: ₹6000 for one night stay. ₹5400 per night for two night stay. ₹4800 per night for three night stay.

Oak Room: ₹7000 for one night stay. ₹6300 per night for two night stay. ₹5600 per night for three night stay.

Pine Cottage: ₹8500 for one night stay. ₹7650 per night for two night stay. ₹6800 per night for three night stay.

Deodar Cottage: ₹10000 for one night stay. ₹9000 per night for two night stay. ₹8000 per night for three night stay.

Extra person in the room:

Infant to 5 years – complimentary
6 to 12 years – ₹900 + GST
13 years onwards – ₹1200 + GST

Meal prices per person:

Breakfast: ₹550 + GST
Lunch: ₹650 + GST
Dinner: ₹750 + GST

Picnic lunches can be arranged at beautiful viewpoints for ₹850 + 5% GST per person. Minimum two people required. Kumaoni Thali can be ordered in advance at ₹950 + 5% GST per person. Minimum two people required.

Payment Policy:

• 50% deposit is required at the  time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days before the check-in
• If you are booking for stay starting in the next 15 days, full amount of the booking is required
• Please note, bookings are not confirmed until advance payment is made.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10% of the total booking amount to be deducted for cancellations done at least 15 days before check-in. 
• 50% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 14 days to 1 day before the day of check-in.
• No refund for no shows or cancellation on the day of the check-in or later.
